NASA in Bahrain For The Youth

A Man behind an initiative to expose youngsters to new ideas says he hopes a series of lectures that took place this week
will inspire Bahrainis to enter the space industry.

Mr. Faisal Abdulla Al Awadhi made the comment during a Press conference to mark the end of lectures by prominent ex-NASA scientis Dr. Abdul Hye.

"This lecture aims to expose Bahrainis to industries which don't exist in Bahrain," he said.

"Youth should learn more about space, science and astronomy."

Mr. Al Awadhi said he had high hopes for the future of space industry in Bahrain. "We hope to see institutions and organisations flourish in the country," he said.
